He has a wonderful wife, son and daughter who share home with Winston, a King Charles Cavalier and 2 cats: Tino and Daisy. He enjoys hobbies of woodworking and making pens and vases. He has an interest in Marine biology so loves getting away to the ocean locally or an occasional scuba dive in warmer waters. -

Dr. Van Hoef grew up in McMinnville, Oregon and graduated from McMinnville High School. Her veterinary passions include dermatology, dentistry, analgesia, and soft tissue surgery. When she is not at the clinic, she enjoys golfing, fishing, gardening, spending time with her family and her many rescued cats! She is very excited to meet you and your furry family members and help provide them with the best quality of life possible! -

Dr. Benson is a native of Dundee. The cat with Dr. Benson is Jerry, a domestic medium hair feline belonging to her sister. Dr. Benson loves Dr. James Herriot’s fascinating books about animals which influenced her style of practice. ”I’m very thorough,” she explains. I love watching my patients with their owners and listening to their concerns. She enjoys life with her family: husband, Dwight, son, Joshua, an orange cat named Finn and German shorthaired pointer, Emma. -

Education: Washington State University College of Veterinary MedicineDr. Blakemore is shown snuggling with her dog Calvin after some important dental care. She grew up around a lot of dogs and cats and has always loved animals. At 18 she started working in a veterinary hospital, then became a veterinary technician, and then completed her Veterinarian training at Washington State University. Dr. Blakemore joins Companion Pet Clinic with great diagnostic ability and a wealth of experience in dental procedures and soft tissue surgeries. She enjoys bicycling and any opportunity to walk on the beach. She loves spending time with her family and her animals. Her pets were all rescued: dogs Rocky, a Sheperd mix, and Calvin, a Maltese mix; cats Chester, a Tuxedo, and Toughie, a blind long hair tabby. In spare moments Dr. Blakemore will take on a great suspense or forensic novel. She might even take up a new hobby - golf!
